Our company name is inspired by a theory of positive psychology. We aim to help all our clients and their audiences develop a sense of motivation and energised focus, or 'Flow'.

Flow worked with Cassie Robinson to aid a newly restructured team in the Victoria & Albert Museum to develop motivation, team relationships and more innovative ways of working as they planned for major new projects.
